Feast of St. John’s – Lynhurst #723

Saturday, December 27 – At the gracious invitation of Lynhurst Lodge No. 723, five of our own, our Worshipful Master, Senior Warden, Junior Deacon, Fellow Craft, and Entered Apprentice traveled in fraternal fellowship and were received with warmth and distinction. Our Worshipful Master and Junior Deacon were seated at the Table of Honor.

The evening was enriched when our Junior Deacon served as Orator, delivering a thoughtful and compelling paper entitled “What Are We to Evangelize?”, written by our Secretary. His words challenged the brethren to reflect deeply on the outward expression of our inner obligations, reminding all present that Masonry must be lived as much as it is taught.

For our Entered Apprentice, the night marked a memorable first, his inaugural Feast of St. John. An introduction to the traditions, fellowship, and shared light of the Craft beyond the lodge room. Our Fellow Craft, poised between foundation and completion, continued his journey by observing the Craft in action, strengthening his understanding through fellowship, discourse, and example.

An evening rich in tradition, learning, and brotherly love. One that reminds us that the work of Masonry is advanced not in isolation, but together, as brethren laboring toward a common and noble end.
